My parents bought a house in years. 2004 we have with them and help them. But they knew when they bought it to us. wouldnt be there forever and now we are in the process of moving, and they wont have to help us pay for home They have interest only loans with arms. Five years to adjust in September. 2009 (only seven months left), they can barely pay the fine now and when they can not. They have a current mortgage. They looked at trying to modify loans. But everything we're reading it seems you must be behind on your mortgage before you can help In addition there are out there, you can refinance they told me about to allow any.
